Catering companies - feeding the antibiotic crisis?

Published in October 2023, this is the first-ever comprehensive assessment of the antibiotic policies of the UK’s leading catering companies.

All ten of these companies supply healthcare institutions or educational establishments in or outside of the UK, with eight out of ten supplying both.

Our aim is to ensure that all of these companies have responsible antibiotic policies to improve farm animal welfare, preserve our precious antibiotics and help halt the antibiotic resistance crisis globally.
